I’m not totally sure if it’s just me, but the maintenance costs feel higher than I expected. The service itself has been okay, maybe even decent, but I do think the pricing is a bit much.

I needed a few parts for my Audi and was happy to see that most of them were listed on the site. One item was out of stock, but checking availability was simple and didn’t take much time. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would use the site again.

I’ve used audiusa.com quite a bit while looking into different models, especially to compare features before making a decision. From my experience, it’s been really easy to understand what tech comes with each car. The virtual cockpit, MMI screen, and app features are explained clearly without feeling overly technical, which I appreciated. I also liked that the driver assist options were easy to find instead of having to click around forever. Setting up myAudi was smooth too. It’s not flawless every single moment, but overall the tech experience feels polished and dependable. Definitely 5 stars from me

I was stuck on the side of the road and figured roadside assistance would be my safety net. I called, was told help was on the way, and then I just sat there watching cars pass for the next three hours. No updates, no callback, nothing. Eventually it felt like I’d been completely forgotten. Really frustrating experience, especially when you’re counting on someone to show up.

I’ve been charging my Audi for the past few weeks, it’s been a smooth experience. The app made it easy for me to find stations, and the first time I used it, I was able to get the charging started without feeling like I had to figure out a bunch of extra steps.
There was one time where the charger felt a bit slower than I expected, but other than that, everything has been simple and reliable. I also really like being able to check my battery from my phone while I’m doing other things. Overall, it’s been easy to live with, so it’s 5 stars from me

Brought my A4 in for a check and was worried I’d be stuck without wheels. Nope. Dealer had a loaner ready when I arrived, no sitting around forever.
Dropped mine off, signed a few things, and rolled out. Super easy, way less hassle than expected. Easy 5 stars.

I bought my Q5 through the local Audi dealer and overall had a good experience. The sales guy was friendly and didn’t come across as too pushy, which I appreciated. The paperwork did take longer than I expected, but that kind of thing happens and it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. I’m happy with how everything turned out.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the gas mileage on my Audi, especially once I’m out on the highway. I started noticing it on longer drives because the fuel gauge just doesn’t seem to drop as quickly as I expected, which is one of those little things I weirdly pay attention to. Around town it’s fine — not incredible or anything, especially with stoplights and short trips — but it’s still solid enough that I don’t feel like I’m constantly thinking about filling up.

The grip on this is solid, and it feels secure when I’m using it. That said, the throttle does feel a bit laggy sometimes, which can be frustrating and a little concerning. It’s the kind of thing you’d hope the company would take seriously, because people deserve to feel safe and confident when using something like this

When I first sat down, the seats felt really nice and comfortable. Around town, I had no complaints at all. But once I took a longer trip, I started noticing my back getting stiff after a while. They’re fine for shorter drives, but I do wish there was a bit more support for longer rides.

I got a recall notice for my Audi and set everything up through the website. Most of the info made sense, but I still ended up calling the dealer because I wasn’t totally sure what they actually needed to do

The appointment was almost 3 weeks out, which felt longer than I expected. Once I got there though, the service team was nice enough and they finished the work the same day

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super smooth either. The recall got taken care of, but better updates along the way would’ve made it way less frustrating

I got frustrated because support took forever to reply and I kept checking back thinking maybe I missed something but nope, I was just waiting and waiting, which made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be.

I used audiusa to look into the safety features before checking out a Q5, it was helpful. The site had solid info on things like lane assist, parking sensors, cameras, and the Audi pre sense features, which made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing what comes standard. When you’re spending that much on a car, it feels like the decent thing for a company to do is make the safety info clear, and for the most part, Audi does that. I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the details take a few extra clicks to find, especially when comparing trims. Still, once you get to the right pages, the info is useful and easy to understand

I really wanted to love this car because it felt great at first and it’s fun to drive. But my Audi has already been back to the shop several times for little electrical issues and this weird engine light that keeps popping up. For what these cars cost, that’s ridiculous.

The dealer was fine to work with, so I can’t really complain there, but the reliability just hasn’t been there for me. It’s enjoyable when everything is working, but I don’t trust it enough for long trips anymore. I probably wouldn’t buy another one.

The financing terms didn’t sit right with me (maybe it was just how they explained it, but still). I felt like there were details that weren’t totally clear upfront, and it made the whole thing feel a little shady

I’m really not a fan of the new exterior design. It looks way too bulky now, like they decided subtlety was overrated. And that front grille? Yeah, it’s definitely making a statement, just not one I wanted to hear.

I was browsing Audi the site itself is easy to use. Like, I didn’t have trouble finding stuff or playing around with the builds. But wow... once you start adding a few options, the price climbs really fast. I do like Audi cars, and they definitely have that premium feel, but I kept thinking, hmm, is this actually worth it compared to some other brands? By the end I was kind of disappointed because I wanted to be more excited than I was.

I’m disappointed. The range goes down much faster than I expected, and it feels like I’m constantly having to plan around charging or worrying about whether it’ll last. It’s just more effort than I wanted to deal with, and I’m not happy with it...

The trade-in offer was lower than I was hoping for, but the staff did take the time to explain how they got to that number. It also took a little longer than I expected. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole experience was fine, just not really anything special.

I was actually expecting it to feel a bit lighter or cheaper, but overall it feels sturdy. The only thing I noticed is a small rattle in one of the doors, which is a little annoying but not a dealbreaker for me.
